Hi Chitra

sorry for the delay in response. The overall response towards preethi products have been a mixed bag. while the product itself is relable, the after sales is a spot of bother. Please make sure you identify the authorized sales/service centres in HYD (i remember you being from there) before you make a purchase. Otherwise butterfly or TTK Prestige also could be options.

hope this helps.

My builder's specifications
Kitchen: Glazed tile dadoing up to 2' height
Bathrooms:...glazed tile dadoing up to lintel height
When asked they said that tiles above platform. My question was when they fix tiles the uppermost layer for the thickeness of the tile ends abruptly and gives space for grime accumulation. Hope I am clear now Smiley

I have a combo mictrowave of samsung and its of great help to me. But I use 90 percent the microwave feature only. Never tried grill and only rarely do I use convection. Some insights would be helpful Smiley. I make chai, uppuma, cook rice vegetables on daily basis
