sorry for the delay in response. The overall response towards preethi products have been a mixed bag. while the product itself is relable, the after sales is a spot of bother. Please make sure you identify the authorized sales/service centres in HYD (i remember you being from there) before you make a purchase. Otherwise butterfly or TTK Prestige also could be options.

My builder's specifications
Kitchen: Glazed tile dadoing up to 2' height
Bathrooms:...glazed tile dadoing up to lintel height
When asked they said that tiles above platform. My question was when they fix tiles the uppermost layer for the thickeness of the tile ends abruptly and gives space for grime accumulation. Hope I am clear now

Budget is really not the matter. Its the durability and ease of use I am looking for and may be conserve water too as hyderabad has water problems

I have a combo mictrowave of samsung and its of great help to me. But I use 90 percent the microwave feature only. Never tried grill and only rarely do I use convection. Some insights would be helpful . I make chai, uppuma, cook rice vegetables on daily basis

Ok guys now that you have bought them tell us whazt you do with it. Do you use all options of microwave, gril and convection

I am planning for an exchange of my mixie for Preetgi chefpro. It looks sturdy though the salesman was very interested in psuing butterfly wala to me. Is the choice good. Any experiences and comments

v r planing to buy a hob and a chimney from either cata or kaff. Please let me know your reviews/coments about the 2 brands.
