THIS IS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST M/S HEATKRAFT INDUSTRIES MAKERS OF FABER PRODUCTS IN INDIA.
FABER PARENT COMPANY IN GERMANY NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND CHECK HOW THE INDIAN OPERATIONS ARE BEING MISMANAGED BY INCOMPETENT PERSONS AND THE BRAND WILL SURELY SUFFER AFTER PEOPLE READ THE COMPLAINT AGAINST AFTER SALES SERVICE, WHICH IS NOT AT ALL THERE.
The AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST .HOPE SOME CONSUMER FORUM TAKES UP THE MATTER WITH THE AUTHORITIES AND GETS THE COMPANY TO RECTIFY THE POLICY OF NOT PROVIDING ESSENTIAL AFTER SALES SERVICE EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO THE HEAD OFFICE IN POONA.ATTENDED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK OF THE COMPANY HQ IN POONA AS THE MUMBAI NUMBERS ARE NEVER REACHABLE.(THIS IS GLOBALISATION).
THE NATIONAL TOLL FREE NUMBER ALWAYS REMAINS UNANSWERED EVEN THOUGH IT DOES RING.(HAHAHA)
TO TOP IT THERE ARE ONLY TWO NUMBERS LISTED FOR AS AFTER SALES SERVICE IN THE WHOLE OF MUMBAI AREA. AND OFCOURSE ONE OF THE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE (MAYBE THEY NEVER PAID THE BILLS)AND THE SECOND NUMBER PROVIDED IS CONVIENIENTLY ALWAYS BUSY OR UNANSWERED.(HA HA HA) THATS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE OF THIS MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY FROM GERMANY(WOW) KYA BAAT HAI.
HOBS ARE USED FOR COOKING FOOD AND ITS AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR INDIAN HOUSE.SO IF THE HOB REQUIRES ANY SERVICE IT HAS TO BE PROVIDED 24/7.HOPE SOME1 TEACHES THE MANAGEMENT A LESSON WHEICH THEY WILL NEVER FORGET. I AM DOING MY DUTY BY POSTING THIS MESSAGE FOR FUTURE BUYERS OF THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS TO BEWARE OF NO AFTER SALES SERVICE .GOOD LUCK AND JAI HIND

I have forwarded this to Faber.
If they do not respond, we will organize a poll and write a "do not purchase" article online on aavaas....
companies cannot take consumers to be idiots.
