Hi Barricuda

is the 110 V model available in Chennai? Does Canada use 110 V? Have you purchased your unit? If so please mention from where you bought it and for how much.

thanks....

Hi Chitra

sorry for the delay in response. The overall response towards preethi products have been a mixed bag. while the product itself is relable, the after sales is a spot of bother. Please make sure you identify the authorized sales/service centres in HYD (i remember you being from there) before you make a purchase. Otherwise butterfly or TTK Prestige also could be options.

hope this helps.
