A while back we had written about electrical kettle from Morphy Richards. Today we are covering not one, not two but SIX models from Glen.

Founded in 1999, Glen Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is located in Faridadbad, Haryana. They manufacture products like Chimneys, Cooktops, Cooking Range, Built-in Hob and Small Appliances.

We have one and find it extremely convenient to use. For tea lovers who like to indulge in tea-bags offering various flavors, this is a very good product. Further, you can use the boiling water from this product to make “ready to eat” soup, instant cup-o-noodles, and even instant coffee – both regular and espresso !!

It took less than 2 minutes to boil half a litre of water. This is equivalent to 2-3 cups of black tea. The device has an auto cut off which means that once the water has attained the boiling state, the device shuts off. It also has a mesh inside which prevents tea leaves from pouring into the cup while serving.
