I had purchased Phillips Air fryer in March,09,2012 with warranty period. But unfortunately it was not functioned and get repair in August 28,2012. I hand over the damaged material in your service center at Hyder nagar, Kukatpally on August 31,2012. So many phone calls made and personally visit service center 3 to 5 times for the repairing or replacement of the air fryer. The Phillips customercare service is too worst to rectify the problem immediately.
I have also not get Proper/prompt reply from them till today. It is very shameful
for Phillips brand and I advised others not to purchase Phillips Brands.

I had purchased product-TRIMMER- QT-4019/15 VIDE INVOICE NO. T:1/ S:9164249 Dated 2-07-2012 from M/s Flipkart and the same is delivered. On seeing the product literature- it was among other things, mentioned that ‘ ONE YEAR ADDITIONAL WARAANT IS AVAILABLE’ for which the details of the products has to be registered. I tried for the same and to my surprise, it could be not registered, as it was stated that the product SERIAL NUMBER[885401915280]appearing on box IS INCORRECT. I tried with the product code no.[SHVCZZ22FSRRWZY5] AND [W45782] as appearing in invoice of flipkart but in vein. No details of product serial number could be found on the product itself. WHAT IS REAL POSITION IN THIS CASE. IS PRODUCT FROM PHILIPS ONLY. SUBODHBHAI MUDIYAWALA.

on sunday i have purchase phillips home theater but till know no boby come to install , this a burst services from phillips this type service not expected from phillips, in future me or in my family no one can purchase any phillips products, phillips loose here customer to provide this type of services. i have call twice to customer care & local service center but no one replay proper for installation the products.

I had purchased your energy saver essential 23W bulb on 10.04.2011.But unfortunately one of its spiral tube get burst . Since this was happened under guarantee period under 1year of purchase ,Kindly arrange to get it replaced through my local super market namely pops,Nagampadam,Kottayam where i was purchased it

I have registered my complaint before half month but till now no action have been taken.

I have been using a LCD TV of Philips purchased on 15/06/2008, which is not been working from July 2010, and I got it inspected at

but i am getting only one response that the new spare part will be available soon. Head office had not sent the part till now. This is been continued from 7 months and no complaint number or any thing was provided from there neither the kept our product to repair. They only told that when the defective part will be available they will inform but I didn’t received any response.

Kindly look into the matter.

MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS PKOL2609110159.
THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED ON 26/09/2011 AND WAS BEEN TOLD THAT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF COMPLAINT REGISTERED.

BUT RESPONSE HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW.

respected customer care…on august 28 i had given my philips portable dvd player for service in madurai(tamil nadu) shop name is meenatchi electricals.they told me that we will call u on the same day…but i didnt get any call for the next four days…in return i called them but the user phone was busy for several times…so i went directly to the shop which takes atleast an hour to reach the shop…when i went there they very casually told me that it was not repaired meaning they told it looks complicated..what type of response is this… so i told them to return my dvd player back which took atleast 25 minutes to search the dvd player which means they had not done a single work. this shows the qwality of employees.

i m working in gwalior as a physiotherapist in birla heart centre.
i come to south and collect tamil movie dvd and see in my dvd player in gwalior..now as i dont have my player repaired i m really frustrated..plz look into the matter and do the needful
