		<description>respected customer care...on august 28 i had given my philips portable dvd player for service in madurai(tamil nadu) shop name is meenatchi electricals.they told me that we will call u on the same day...but i didnt get any call for the next four days...in return i called them but the user phone was busy for several times...so i went directly to the shop which takes atleast an hour to reach the shop...when i  went there they very casually told me that it was not repaired meaning they told it looks complicated..what type of response is this... so i told them to return my dvd player back which took atleast 25 minutes to search the dvd player which means they had not done a single work. this shows the qwality of employees.

i m working in gwalior as a physiotherapist in birla heart centre.
i come to south and collect tamil movie dvd and see in my dvd player in gwalior..now as i dont have my player repaired i m really frustrated..plz look into the matter and do the needful</description>

I purchased FOOD processor of Philips with following details in June, 2011.

 

Model No. - HL 1659

Serial No. - 21795

Pucrchase Place - Vijay Sales, Pitampura, Delhi

 

Since purchase in June, I have recived the POOR service from Phillips. When DEMO person came, he communicated that small chutny jar is not working and he will immidiately send some one to make it correct and that there is some fault in machine which will be easily taken care of. Machine had dubious distinction of not working most of the time. Repeated calls to your service center here in rohini, Delhi to M/s Digitek went in vein. He sent some one after many requests and they took the machine along with them..however when they gave, it was working. On the same day evening, it stopped working. They have not turned up after repeated request. Even i got a call from your customer care (perhaps cenralized) also regarding the feedback on product and i told my problem however that also didn&#039;t yield any result on your sleeping customer service team.

 

I have not been able to use the machine more than 3-4 days in 2 months period and recived the faulty product as well as worst service.. This was not expected from Philips, This kind of service has rendered mental harassment as well as agony. How can a customer with such poor service can think of repurchase from Philips ever? My sincere suggestion would be to make some effort in your customer service  else it will have bad repurcussions.. If my product is not get replaced with in 3-4 days, i have to resort to Cosumer Court and get the due remedy.

 

Request your immidiate due attention in this regard.
