I purchased one electric shaver model7320 on21st april 2009 from SANZARI ,17 JAYANTI BAZAR JAIPUR. In December one blade of shaver got damaged without any reason. I had to purchase the blade from your service centre M/S GAUTAM ENTERPRISES , SYMPHONY CROWN, NIRMAN NAGAR ,JAIPUR at a cost of rs 1500/= again in feb 2010 another blade got damaged and I again approached the same service center who agreed to replace same free of cost. I have been wondering what has gone wrong with the quality of your product. If the life span of a blade which costs rs 1500 each iS just 8/9 months then it will be too expensive to use an electric shaver.
I may mention that prior to the above I was using Philips electric shaver ‘philishave’ which gave me ten years service and not a single blade ever got damaged. Therafter one blade got slightly rough which I could not replace as I was told that blades for the old model are no longer available.
I would like to know why is the quality of present model 7320 so poor. Mind it I am not asking for any favour or free replacement if another blade gets damaged soon. I am pointing out because right from the beginning I have been using Philips products and still posess three Philips televisions and two music systems

due to poor custmor service
My philips music system was damaged due to elctrical problem. I had given for servicing to the Guwahati, India service centre on 16/06/2009. But to my great dissatisfaction the music system has not been repaired till date (05/04/2010). I have also taken up the issue over phone with the local Philips Service centre executive but to no avail. The reason I am told why the music system cannot be repaired is that they do not have the spare transformer (I am told so) and the service centre people are unable to get that for last 10 months! Is this Quality Service? The details of my system are given below:
Type No.FWN355(21M). Serial No.Hy00044502600. The job no. is 5909 dated 16th June 2009.
Please look into the matter.
We bought a philips 42 inch lcd in dec 2008 for Rs.50k & just in a short span of 1 year & 3 monhs it developed a major snag that it is requiring another 18k to repair. Does this mean that philips too has started cheating its customers with cheap products like grey market.The outsourced service adds to customer dissatisfaction.If these are the levals of products philips is proud of than god save the poor buyers.
Phillips…….pathetic service. This comes in my mind only. I am waiting for his service person to repair my water purifier for last 1 month.
Pls never buy its product…although products are good.
I brought a Philips LCD TV 32 Inches and have been having lots of problems . Almost a month althoug I have an AMC. First the power supply board was changed on 10th April and within two days the picture failed and lines would appear. On 22nd April and they said a board has to be changed .
The irony is almost a month is over and the service is not complete and the company which services in Mumbai is Microservices. They are totally useless and do not answer on when they will replace the board . Such companies should be debarred and removed .
Philips a trusted name in the worlds is absolutely not caring about the services and like to sell third rate equipment in India which works only for a few days . Are they fooling people .?????????????
Both Philipss and Microservices should think that they are in a competitive world and should be more pro active with the customers

i bought philips home theator after 1 year some problem i send this home theator to customer service first he told me i check this home theator u paid 500 Rs. + 150 service charge to repair i told yes, but after 2 days he told me another problem creat in this home theator so u paid another Rs. so what can i do.
I bought a 42 inch Philips LCD TV in chennai from Shas and Co Anna Nagar.Firstly the television is not confirming to the catalog and features suppose to be available are missing. Visited and given complaint to the dealer and also at authorised service center in Kodambakkam Chennai but all efforts went in vein ( absolutely no response). I don’t know what to do next. I am a customer of Philips Company for several years. In the year 2008 I have purchased one Philips LCD TV from Techno City,kolkata.The model no. of which is 20PFL4122/98.
On the same day(10.02.2010) I have purchased another LCD of Sony from the same shop. I have two more LCD in my residence one of sansui & another of samsung.
Within warranty period the LCD purchased from Philips went for service twice due to various Technical problems. The remote is not working after 6 months of purchase.
Now again it is having problem.
I lodged complain on 02.07.10 to your customer service centre at M/s.Care Electronics,48,southern avenue,Kol – 29.Representative from your service centre came to inspect & took the LCD on 08.07.10 for necessary repair & issued work order being number 25287000081495,dt:02.07.10.I regret to mention that there was no communication from afforesaid service centre till 20.07.10.Yesterday I personally visited the service centre to know the status of my LCD.
The technician at your service centre informed me that the panel of the LCD needs to be changed & cost is Rs.9000.00.I bought the LCD at Rs.14000.00,he also told me that there is another scheme of discount. If I purchase a 32 inch LCD at MRP of Rs.34000.00 they will give 35% discount on MRP & the price of 32 inch LCD will be approx. Rs.34000.00.So I will have to incur an additional cost of Rs.22,100.00.
This same thing has happened to me for a DVD Player of Philips make.The DVD got nonrepairable just after warranty & we bought a new DVD paying Rs.2000.00 again.
This time it is very clear that you are manufacturing electronic good with such inferior quality materials that its life ends just after warranty period & your main line of business is to sale the new model with some discount taking back the non-repairable product.
In this circumstances stated above I would request you to either repair the existing LCD free of cost or replace the defective set with a new one, as otherwise I shall compelled to file a complaint against you in the consumer forum for selling defective products/ deficiency of service at your risk & cost.
I hope good sense prevails upon you & you will not compel me to drag you to the consumer court.

i have complain regarding my philips mixer motor which gave off a mechanical burning (??) smell when I used it on 22.7.2010.i bought it from vivek limited,244,west masi street,madurai-625001 on 10.12.2009.waek i si no.940 668124.when i gave this for repair ,the shopkeeper was not ready to take it for repair,and suggested me to take it to service centre myself.after much request he took it and gave it back on 24.7.2010.then he was not ready to give me my purchase receipt and gaurantee card.he told me that the dealer is not responsible for repair.i want to know is it so?whthr dealers are not responsible for repair of products within guarantee period for philips products?he misbehaved too much for a simple repair and i cannot take it as such.kindly look into the matter.i am highly disappointed by this behavior of your dealers.and if it is so,you should write it in your guarantee card to go to service centre in case of damage of products.
