Since this was happened under guarantee period under 1year of purchase ,Kindly arrange to get it replaced through my local super market namely pops,Nagampadam,Kottayam where i was purchased it

    on sunday i have purchase phillips home theater but till know no boby come to install , this a burst services from phillips this type service not expected from phillips, in future me or in my family no one can purchase any phillips products, phillips loose here customer to provide this type of services. i have call twice to customer care & local service center but no one replay proper for installation the products.

    I had purchased product-TRIMMER- QT-4019/15 VIDE INVOICE NO. T:1/ S:9164249 Dated 2-07-2012 from M/s Flipkart and the same is delivered. On seeing the product literature- it was among other things, mentioned that ‘ ONE YEAR ADDITIONAL WARAANT IS AVAILABLE’ for which the details of the products has to be registered. I tried for the same and to my surprise, it could be not registered, as it was stated that the product SERIAL NUMBER[885401915280]appearing on box IS INCORRECT. I tried with the product code no.[SHVCZZ22FSRRWZY5] AND [W45782] as appearing in invoice of flipkart but in vein. No details of product serial number could be found on the product itself. WHAT IS REAL POSITION IN THIS CASE. IS PRODUCT FROM PHILIPS ONLY. SUBODHBHAI MUDIYAWALA.

    I had purchased Phillips Air fryer in March,09,2012 with warranty period. But unfortunately it was not functioned and get repair in August 28,2012. I hand over the damaged material in your service center at Hyder nagar, Kukatpally on August 31,2012. So many phone calls made and personally visit service center 3 to 5 times for the repairing or replacement of the air fryer. The Phillips customercare service is too worst to rectify the problem immediately.
    I have also not get Proper/prompt reply from them till today. It is very shameful
    for Phillips brand and I advised others not to purchase Phillips Brands.
