It is a 5-stage water purifier with SureBoil technology. It seeks and destroys harmful bacteria and virus, removes organic and physical impurities and gives water “as pure as boiled water with natural taste”.

I wanted an Aquasure Storage Water purifier from Eureka Forbes. I called up the no. 9811968182 which is the shop named EURO at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi . They informed me that this product is not an Eurake forbes item.
I am bit confused as what is the actual story is? Kindly advise how does one go forward with this?
