I wanted an Aquasure Storage Water purifier from Eureka Forbes. I called up the no. 9811968182 which is the shop named EURO at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi . They informed me that this product is not an Eurake forbes item.
I am bit confused as what is the actual story is? Kindly advise how does one go forward with this?
I wanted to buy spare filter from the franchise of forbes in trichy, tamil nadu. The cost of one spare filter they have informed was Rs, 450/-. Earlier I was purchasing the same for Rs.250/-.
Pls. advise whether the cost of the filter is correct or not?

I am in need to change the attachments inside. But my local service center is not very eager to supply the ‘iron remover( filter)’. They are saying that it is not available. As a result the water filter becoming useless. How can I get the complete attachment so that the utility can be replenished?
I purchased a AquaSure storage water purifier (18 ltrs) , 20 days ago in the hope that I will get the 5 stage purified water as claimed by the company ( also mentioned in the user guide and on packing box) but the water i am getting is not even filtered one stage . Layer of brown/red soil is observed at the bottom of the lower tank and the colour of the water is the same of the tap water . What should i do? concern person pls contact me .
