I had fallen pray to their free offer and now I am struggling to get those promised as free. One and half months after ordering, I am getting very casual and totally irresponsible replies regaring delivery. I have never been to the shop myself, and I can't say I have bought furniture from them either, but I think I have seen some Nitraa furniture in some showroom on ECR, and they looked alright. Sure, they are not in the class of Zuari, but at least it is priced nominally. You should visit Woodpecker in besant nagar Chennai :) They quote three times the price.
