Yes Vijay, it would suit Tata sky.
I have a samsung full HD 37A550 and it works excellent with dish tv. in fact if you are going for a HD television you should get a tata sky or dish for max clarity!

For a 22A450 quoted above MRP : 25,000:
In Koramangala Samsung Shop : 17,500
In Star Bazaar (next to the forum): Rs 18,000
