Like to know your Palakkad district suppliers
I bought 2 products from Santha USA…. The first time the dealer in USA (based in Hickory, NC) was very cordial and helpful. The second time, it was a volte face… the mixie broke down and the dealer simply refused to replace or service even thought it was covered by warranty. Moreover, he was very rude. I am repenting and have NO recourse to get my issue addressed.
