LG’s 2.1.1 Service Motto

Came across this in today’s newspaper:

LG through this new 2.1.1 motto, promises to call you back within 2 hours after you have placed your request. After this, the service technician would visit your home within 1 day and within the 1 hour slot which you have been assigned.

We don’t know if  this would really work out, but if any of you have LG products and try this 2.1.1 thing, please leave a comment behind.
