I purchased a iPod a gogear basically because I needed a Fm radio as my iPhone does not have an fm, I use a radio for a walk , , this worked well at first then it just blanked out went dead , I was replaced with a different model, which did not work too well from the beginning , if I used for 30 mins the battery would drop to nil ,and it would stop working …. And after a few days this too went dead , iv sent it to the service center since a month, had spoken to a mr. Madhaswamy , who is no longer with Philips , so was in touch with a mr Satish Moria , nothing has been worked out yet , I have a year warrantee , which Philips say is of no value , so now I come to the conclusion that Philips is a failed product , no warrantee works and nor does the product work ….. So please advertise Philips products with life less than 2 months and after that no guarantee or warrantee works ……

I had purchase one 18 Watt CFL lamp on 03 -10-2011 from some Electrical
goods seller . But I forgot the shop . This CFL lamp is fuse or may be damage.
only after four month .Would you pl give me the detail ? Where I can replace this bulb .or what proceeding I could follow ? for replacement on due course .

Philips is focusing for selling new products only ,service in Odisha is very poor,ideots are sitting for misguiding customer,I have purchased a TV model#21PT5525 from Durga Sree electronics,cuttack ,Odisha on dated 21/02/2011after 4/5 months we observed some faults/manufaturing defects.immediately we contacted to the call centre vide TF#18001022929 and they have taken the complain from us and accordingly the enginer Mr. Dey contact#09338111330 and he went to my home at Sutahat ,cuttack and have done some patch work on a tempory basis.the very next day same problem is persisting.again on dated 0n 02/01/2012 i made another call to the call centre regarding the same vide complain#PBSR0201120015 but nobody has visited and nothing happened only i received a call from the service centre named Sainath electronics care at Bajrakabati Road cuttack that we have taken the matter to our senior and he will contact you very soon and your issue will get resolved,but nothing happened rather I called to the person Mr.Krishna Rao vide Mob#09937566444 repeatedly but got no reply.In the mean time i received SMS on dated 05/01/2012 that the above call has been closed. how can it possible??????? is it the service by Philips company????.again i called on 06/01/2012 vide complain#PBSR0601120002 but sti it is in pending,again i called to Miss Swati,on 07/01/2012,Mr. Bikash Thapa on 07/01/2012,Mr.Gobind Singh on 09/01/2012,Gyan Kumar Yadav ,Mr. Dipak,Mr. Pradip Kumar on 10/01/2012 but nothing happend.only the virson is some proffessional corporate word i.e.we are putting ”reminders” we are sorry,senior will contact you, we will contact you,but nobody has called me back ,where the TV is stil laying like a Dummy.

Remember:-The TV is coming under warrenty and if the issue will not shuted out by tomorrow evening you all are liable for the same. i will be force go legally and you all will be the party ,your corporate office ,your Registered office as wel as your authorised service centre
