I have misplaced the Remote of my PHILIPS Home Theater System and they are now asking Rs. 9000/- for the remote only where as the whole cost of the Home Theater System was 16,500/-. Its now better to purchase the new Home Theater of a different Brand.

This is to state that I `Yuvraj` have bought an electric iron fron a retailer shop `Navneet Electricals, KMV Road,Jalandhar` on 25/05/2010.as i bought to use it in emergecy,so i didn`t open it for two months.But after that it worked only for two times.After that it didnt get warm or get warmed in 5 or 10 mim after switching it on.As it was used only 4-5 times and carefully,i told shop owner to relace it but he refused and told that i am not bound to replace it but i can repair it.As it is almost unused,so i want it to be replaced.So please look into the matter and do something justified.

I purchased Philips pure water two years back.There is no problem as such but the rubber washer of inlet tube is lost during painting of my flat.I made a complaint to the authorised service center at Adyar two weeks before and they are yet to attend to this thus pure water purchased at a cost of Rs.7000/- is not usable.Is anyone dare to purchase any philips home appliances.

on behalf of municipal corporation, i wish to inform you that some of your employees are not responding properly to the corporation with respect to the tender conditions, i.e.
1. order for supply 250 W SVL(200 no), 150 W(500 no.), 70 W(1500 no.) dated 4.6.2010, but partial supply was made on 15.9.2010 and fanally on 30.9.2010.
2. Bill were raised accordingly on 30.9.2010
3. Due to Dushehra and Deepawali requirement, again a order of 150W SVL(300 no) and 70 W(3000 no.) was prepaired on 4.10.2010
4. But AM Uttarakhand and RM Uttarakhand Mr Ajay said that we can not take supply order without previous payment.
5. Just after raising a bill 4- 5 days old, how a firm like Philips can put this surprise condition.
6. Payment file is already in process.
6. The condition was not there even in the tender submitted by Philils.
Please look in into the matter urgently
1- Why first supply was made after three month of supply order.
2- How a representative of a firm can put a condition, without giving in tendere submission.
3- If supply is not made in time (fifteen days as per tender document), Nagar Nigam, Dehradun shall be forced to take necessary action.

1. I am purchase this product 4.5 years but till date i am face problem
(i) first year product body bend in tray side and nodisk problem i Imagen no product are design
(ii) second year i am face lens problem i am spend Rs. 1150.00 ok on service center
(iii) Third and Fourth year hang tis product and last 6 month power supply i am spend Rs. 1000.00 ok on service center
till today to last three month power supply totally dead service center told me estimate approximatively Rs.3750.00 and this service center
