Dear Sir & Madam,
I had invested an amount of Rs 17000/- towards purchasal of philips 29″ colour TV during april 2006.It is making me feel bad for my decision to opt for a PHILIPS make TV as we were using this brand since a long period.
Today it is suprising that there is a warranty of only 1 year and no even a free service facility too.Having invested such a huge amount,2 years back,iam not getting any sort of warranty nor a service facility???
The telephone no:provided in the invoice statement is not valid.So, for just consulting about the warranty peroiod, the customer has to stepin to your showroom .This is not a sign of proper customer support.
I have received a lot of advice from my friends not to opt for PHILIPS.

I was presented a Philips RL 135 Mini Radio in June’05. I understand it costs around Rs 250.00. Initially I was happy but when the radio did not even pickup the local Coimbatore FM stations I was disappointed. I got it serviced in Philips authorised shop and paid Rs 50.00 but the problem persists.

Does the mini radio have an antenna? Usually the FM reception is enhanced just by connecting a piece of wire the the radio’s antenna. Please try it out.

Almost all the products sold these days have only 1 year warranty. Also I dont think any company gives “free services”. This is only followed by car companies.
Did you have any issues with the product? Phone numbers do change from time to time and I know it can be frustrating. Companies in India rarely notify their customers about contact detail changes.
People have mixed opinion about products and brands, so we cannot generalize our views. If you have had some bitter experience with the product quality and or service, then it is a different story altogther.
Poor Service Support for LX600: Being one of the loyal customers of Philips , I regret to mention that Phillips has failed to repair my LX 600/69 AV receiver which I bought 2.5 years ago.

sometimes these things happen. it is beyond the capacity of a company to maintain inventory of spares for all the products launched by them in the past. You could purchase a new one instead.

Poor service at all fronts
Product: Philips Pure Water Dispenser
Story started around month ago when the said product stopped working with error about UV lamp and also the filter cartridge was used-up and needed replacement. I called help desk and log a complain. After struggling for 10 days and several phone calls to local service centre someone came and replaced a glass tube around UV lamp. (50% problem resolved). The guy forgot to bring the cartridge when he came to replace the glass tube.
Once again called local service station and I was promised to get the filter cartridge next day. I had no patience to follow-up with local service center to get the remaining 50% problem.
I decided to go buy from nearest Philips authorized dealer. To my great surprise they don’t keep cartridge (I called at-least 4 dealers).
So back to square-one!!!!. Once again I call customer care. I was told that there will be Rs. 100 extra if Philips person deliver the cartridge. Now I realized my mistake of choosing Philips over Aqua-guard because every six months I might end-up spending Rs.100 extra and about a week time of follow up.
This is not an end of story of poor service.
While I was talking with customer help desk, I wanted to talk to senior person to explain the entire story and get faster resolution. But senior person was busy and I was told that he will call me back. I left my cell number and disconnected the call. I yet to receive any call….. I’m not surprised this time!!!!

I bought a Go Gear mp3 player one month back and had some soft ware problem in it. I gave it in one of the service located in Mira road,they said they will replace it withen 10 days but there was no reply they also said that they will call me back but again after 7 days for sure but they fail, and the same story is repeated again and again. and finally I come to know that really your sevice is very poor. this incident had put off my trust on Philips.

Phillips India Claims to be world leader in all the Electronncs gadget. It also makes calims oof providing the best services. But als my eexperience with the company is disastrous. I adter shifting from outside purchased a water purifier on 19th July from a dealer of the company from Sarojani nagar market. I was told that the company engineer would install the same next day on my premises. The next day company guy came over with much of pursuasio and follw up. We relaise that we have made a mistake by choosing a wrong product. Any way worst was to come later. As there was no water the filter could not be tested. This was indicated on the company boy report. Next day to our horror as soon as we stated the filter it was leaking from alll side. We made despartae call to one MR Anil who refused to answer our calls and only after much pursuasion that he sent two of his juniors to see the filter. The two technicians did not know head and tail about the problem and left. The surprising fact is that they did not report the matter to the company representative. Next day on 22 nd july 2008 we again made farntic calls to the company technician who visited the primises and indicated that there is a manufacturing defect in terms of a broken pipe. He suggestyed repair of the same. We rtefused to agree to this and asked both the dealers and company representative Sh. Ashish to replace the filter. Surprisingly the dealer asked us to talk to company and compnay men asked us to talk to dealer and till date the purifier is niot replaced. I feel cheated by the comp[any and is propsing to move the consumer court and the MRTP to get my money back.
Is there any body who is listening. I wonder if this is the treatment meeted out to two senior govt officers what is the fate of common man.

I have purchased the above TV in 2003 . We are facing frequent problems of DVD drive / sound / flashing images in screen during a short span since purchasing .
I have given the TV to authorized shop – Allied Services , Phillips Service Shoppe, Bandra(W) . . Service Engineer has checked the TV and also DVD and informed that IC component – 9599 H/N1/41 – 1224 is required for rectification . Now Plillips has stopped the manufacturing of components of this Model of TV and said part is not available. Presently TV is lying at your authorized shop for want of said spares and repair.
Really it is surprising that “Phillips” – World reputed company stopping the manufacturing of spare parts within a span of 5-6 years .
In view of above , it is requested to look into the above matter and arrange the above spares at the earliest so that TV can be repaired .

I had purchased a Philips DVD DVP3166 Product serial No FJ1A0822239897. In less that two weeks the unit started giving trouble. The audio started getting very low and the voice started breaking up. One could not hear the sound properly.
I had bought this from the RelianceDigital Retail Limited, at the Cunningham road. I took it back and the agents there test and found that the Unit had to be repaired.
Well I donot believe in having a product from company of Repute like Philips, which is serviced in less that a month, and less that two weeks of use.I insisted on get the piece replaced immediately…I donot care the other logic and rule etc. A unit cannot go bad in such a short period…
May be the mistake is from my side…cause I went after the Brand…
Well then what did I do…. I gifted it to the Reliance showrooms’s dustbin. As a tribute to both Reliance and Philips.

I purchased the Philips Go Gear on 29-06-2008. The product, though under warranty has stopped functioning. It is sad to have a product stop functioning in such a short time. It was indeed a wrong decision to buy the Philips Vardaan 21″ T.V. Set 3 years ago as the set is prone to digital troubles right from the begining. The set would lose tone and each time it has to taken to a repairer who would set the digital figures after pressing 62596 from the remote and do something covetedly. Every time he would charge 300/- Rupees but the frequency of fault has ever increased and we have stopped getting it fixed since we know it tobe a quality trouble with Philips T.V. sets. Well all my acquaintance have stopped buying Philips ever since. No further bad investments in Philips. There is virtually non existant customer service in India. Compare it to LG and Samsung who would at your back and call just a mail or call distant. The LG service even replaced my 310 lts Refrigerator after 3 months as they found our satisfaction is not complete after repairs.

I shared the belief that Philips is known for its quality, precision and durability. This has been belied when the mixer cum grinder which I bought from an authorised retail dealer, M/s Maharaja Home Appliences, # , 4th Main Road, Coffee BOard Layout, Hebbalakempapura,Bangalore-560024 went out of order in about a months time from the date of purchase!
I bought the piece on 20-8-2008. On 26-9-2008 when I connected the mixer to the power point and switched on for operation to extract juice from vegetables, it gave a gruntling noise! Taken aback, I switched off
the power supply! The mixer was damaged! So I took it to the retailer from whom I bought the piece. He sent it to the Sevice centre. It transpired that the motor was defective! As the mixer went out of order in about only a months time from the date of purchase, I felt that I am entitled to get a new mixer in place of the piece which was found defective. Accordingly I asked for a new one. The retailer refused on the ground that “the company does not approve!”. The service Centre also said that only a new motor would be fixed in place of the defective motor and there could be no replacement of the mixer as a whole! When I insisted they referred me to one Mr. Ganesh with a mobile phone #9980888871. The phone is either out of reach or not answered! I am therfore unable to contact him!
As all the other electrical appliances connected to the same power point are working fine, the failure of the mixer cannot be attributed to faulty power supply! As the mixer has served me for hardly a month, I feel I am entitled for a new piece in liew of the defective one!
Hope I will get a new mixer!

I bought a philips mini hi-fi DVD player FWD17/21M Sl. no. GW200809080966 on 26/4/2008. By one month, this started giving trouble. I informed philips service station, they turned up after 7 days, took the DVD away, returned it after repair after about 20 days. Very next morning, the same problem revived and till date it is lying unserviceable in my residence. Is this the way philips customer service works? I want this to be changed, not repaired any more. i purchased a philips DVD plyaer model DVP3166 bearing sr. no. 229906 from berco electronics, dwarka, new delhi vide invoice no. A2335 on 10/08/08.
Since 28/09/08 it is not working properly. though twice the technician came & repiered the same but within one or two days it repeating the same problem & complains were lodged several times but nobody turn up. On 12/10/08 i made a request to replace the same & i was assured to be contacted within 10 days. since last 3-4 days i’m regularly contacting the customer care exuctives, all the time they are assuring me to be contacted by tomorrow but that tomorrow yet to come!

I bought a Home Theatre model 3300 2 years back. Today the cost of repairs on account of I/c charges is Rs 3600 after 1 month of research on the I/C by Philips authorised centre in Noida.
Please advise whether I can utilise the speakers by plugging into other 5:1 DVD. I understand you may not get the amplifier experience but it is still worth using than discarding. No exchnage offers are available in the philips centre and the overall experience as not been pleasant.
Further to my comments on 23rd October, I write to inform that one lady who identified herself as naseema, team Leader,got details of my problem with an assurance that she would solve the issue erelong. It is more than a week now and I am yet to hear from her! Even after paying an advance for the blades and being promised delivery in 5 days, 11 days later the service centre says they do not know when the blades are expected.

It is now the 5th day allowing an intervening holiday, 3 business days are are over and I am yet to hear from you! Further to my comment of 12th Nov’2008 I am sorry to state that nobody cares to even send an e-mail reply to me leave alone solving my problem! The mixer I bought turned out to be a defective one-going out of order only in months time from the date of purchase! I requested that the defective mixer be replaced with a new one. I have sent a written complaint and have left my comments in this portal. These have become inconsequential! I am convinced that I am entitled to get a new mixer in olace of the defective piece! If I am not getting it I will be forced to seek redressal through consumer Forum.

I have similar stories to tell. Phillips does not have any contact email address anywhere. If I have to give a piece of my mind I will have to spend money to write a letter or call them over phone and wait for ever to talk to a responsible human being.
Conclusion: Phillips is not the same company it used to be. It is ruled by thief heirs their glorious ancestors.
Lesson: Never ever buy any Phillips product, not even an electric bulb.

I had purchased a new L.C.D T.V (model id 20 PFL4122/98, Serial no: BZ3B0814132421) from PITTAPALLIL AGENCIES PALAI (opp: KSEB MARKET ROAD PALAI PH: 04822213014-04822216622) on 31-7-2008. It had stopped its work on 25-11-2008. The day itself I had informed your service person at Kanjirappally.He come my house and examined the same, applauded some faults which can repair within 2 or 3 days and taken away the TV to service centre. After one week I had contacted him on his mobile 09745200475 and he replied me there is a power supply failure, want to replace some parts and a shortage of the same. After one more week again contacted him, reply was same. From the shop where I had purchased the TV they gave me a number Mr. Sojy who is over the head of the service engineer. His mobile number is 0987008898.He assured me it will correct within four days. That timeline also has finished, and again I contacted to the service centre .This time he replied a serious damage in panel and have to replace it. He accepted it as a manufacturing defect. Now again I contacted Mr. Sojy the regional service engineer. His behavior and dealings are not so good. When I contact him in phone most of the time he hesitates to take my call. If these are the attitude of a responsible person in the era of consumerism, as a customer I know what I can do for these things. I tried to contact him many times, but he doesn’t take any interest to contact me.
On 26-12-2008 I had demanded to the service person and Mr. Sojy to give me a fresh piece, they accepted my demand and said it as a minimum demand. They were said to me the procedure of the same is going on.
On 08-01-2009 the service person called me and said the L.C.D is repaired. How can I believe all this .Actually these persons were cheating me. I don’t want to take this. Because of I am not sure the TV undergone for a long repair will never work properly as my satisfaction. And it will have no longer durability. I had used the product only 2or 3 months and had broken its function. After these few months function the company made TV has been fallen. How can I believe it will run up to 1or 2 year without interruption?
I had purchased many products from Philips the reputed company, like D.V.D, T.V, and other things. You can hear this from the same shop. This is my first experience from any company. As a customer of your product I think my demands are very flaxen and mitigating. On 09-01-2009 I have consulted with an advocate, and decisive to send a notice to the company as well as to the Manager of the shop where from I had purchased the product. When I am drafting the notice in advocate’s office one Mr. Binu of your company called me and said that we decided to replace the TV. On 10-01-2009 they were replaced the TV. They said me that it is a fresh piece. And they wrote on the guarantee card as replaced by new piece. (Serial no: BZ3B0829130218) After they were gone, I look over the TV, really astounded. I recognize that they were cheated me. Sticker of serial no was put on over the original sticker, and some packing parts inside the TV have prognostic outside. Some major scratches were also on the body. Even a small kid can find out it as an old one. I had taken some photos of the TV, and mailed it to Mr.Soji the very next day. He persuaded it and said to me some manipulation taken place. I requested him to take the proper action. Finally he said to me they will replace it with a new set and will give me an additional one year guarantee. On16-01-2009 Mr.Soji contacted me and said they will come up to Pala on 18-01-2009 and handle over the fresh piece. The same day I had postponed all my works and waited for them. Approximately 6p.m I had contacted pittappallil shop; they said to me as Mr.soji can’t come today. They were don’t give me any information about it. On20-01-2009 Sojy again contacted me and said as I should come Pittappallil shop on21-01-2009.On that day Mr.Soji and some other persons from Kottayam service centre met me and shown a set. This time Mr. Soji said they can’t give me the one year guarantee which he assured me early. He started to shriek and taken away the guarantee card from me strappingly. I had taken my set and went back. Actions of him were boisterous. His assurance about guarantee and replacement are in my mobile phones voice recorder. I think it can submit as evidence. I think Pittappallil shop Pala branch peoples are also included in the plans of cheating. All the time when I contact them they are giving me numbers of company persons and not taken any interest to solve my problems. So these persons are also responsible for my fraught.
Now I think Philips co is cheating me. So I am requesting you to find out the perpetrator behind this contrive. And you the peoples should convince me actual things happened in it. And also I should get a new piece with one year guarantee and compensation. As I had lost my trust in the company peoples, if you are interested to settle the issue, dealings and discussions should be in the presence of a third party. It should be in the presence of a reputed person.
I think cheating is a criminal transgression. By these actions I had lost my trust in the name Philips the reputed co. All these things happened in these days get me confused, put mental woe, physical discomfort and a lot of money loss. Company or representatives are liable for that. So company should payoff for this. I am requesting you to take up the proper action, within two or three days of in receipt of this notice. If you fail to do the same, I will file petitions both civil and criminal against Philips co and Co will be responsible for the further cost and strain which will happening to me.

I brought portable radio DL 365/10 from defence canteen on 30-1-09. after reaching the house I found MW is not at all working.in defence canteen no exchange after purchase. i took it to philips authorised service center with warrenty card in east marredpally, secunderabad on 9-2-09,work order NO. 4521. they said it will take 3 days. since 15th feb. i am contacting them to return the radio after repair. as it is a brand new one it may be minor repair. so far ,today is 18th 10 days over, on enquiry they said no spare parts ,so it takes some more time. i don’t know , such a philips company not able to supply simple radio with good quality? I purchased portable DVD player for Rs 5600 /- in aug 07.It went 3 times for repair as dvd was not playing all the time . It warranty was over in aug 08 and it is lying in same condition.Recently my friend purchased the same model 2 months back and when ever he put a dvd it show NO DISC while the same disc is well played in other dvd players.No such quality was expected from philips.

I have given a philips Tv(14pt138B/94) for sercvice at Trivandram kerala(Authorised service centre).After 2 months later i got a call from service centre claiming that my Tv is working properly.They said to me ,to pay around 2000 rupees there.When i checked the working condition it was showing the previous problem more strongly.The manager was not willing to talk with me.I have taken back my Tv to my house.Because of the worst service i purchased a new LG Tv. I have purchased Philips LCD 20 inches on 14th April 2008.But TV was delivered after 3 days.
From the date of purchase we faced a sound card problem.Initially the sound display was not proper so we reported immediately and they did some repair work. Again after 3 months we faced similar problem like TV display with no audio again we made a complaint a they replaced the sound card.
So from the date of purchase till the gurantee period twice we face the audio problem. Now again the same problem is coming we are not getting the audio it seems to be like a deaf watching TV.
We have already intimated the Vasanth and CO TV dealer(where we purchased the TV) have given the defective TV product and requested him to replace it with new product but they dint responded to that.
Now again we r facing the problem again we contacted the dealer and the service center we dint receive proper reponse.Very poor service is provided for Philips TV.
If this is the case going to persist there is no other option of filing a case against the company and product.
I request you to look into this issue seriously and take a remedial action.

I am a satisfied user of philips brand products since 1993, in 93 we bought philips powervision TV 21″ in 2005 we bought 29″TV and in 2007 we bought philips home theatre, since last 4-5 months i not able to run DVD’s in home theatre i tried all the possible solutions but all in vain, now last 1 month its not reading CD’s as well.
Here is one satisefied customer getting converted unsetiesfied and it seems company is not bother to take any care, what makes any company diferent from other is csutomer service specially aftere sales.

I had invested an amount of Rs 17000/- towards purchasal of philips 29″ colour TV during april 2006.It is making me feel bad for my decision to opt for a PHILIPS make TV as we were using this brand since a long period.
Today it is suprising that there is a warranty of only 1 year and no even a free service facility too.Having invested such a huge amount,2 years back,iam not getting any sort of warranty nor a service facility???
The telephone no:provided in the invoice statement is not valid.So, for just consulting about the warranty peroiod, the customer has to stepin to your showroom .This is not a sign of proper customer support.
I have received a lot of advice from my friends not to opt for PHILIPS.

Hello, I bought Philips 32 inch LCD around 2 years back. I am facing issues with its sound quality and sound is not clear and interrupted. We had problems with the channel surfing time as well but we compromised and accepted the delay. We tried to contact the dealer and he asked us to contact service center. Service center did not respond properly but someone came after a week and checked it.
They asked for a fee of over Rs 3300 as service charges without even trying to repair the fault. Why should customer pay 3300 for a small issue even when no replacement of any part is required, probably just the matter of modifying settings.
How will a middle class person afford your LCD or any of your products and even if he does then who can afford such expensive service ? why this harassement ?
Its one of the worst products in market and if it is like that then i don’t plan to buy or recommend a Philips product to anyone.
Please do something about your service and service centers before you realize nobody is buying your products.
Kindly take this feedback seriously and reply as early as possible. I want to get this repaired and at a reasonable cost. Give me contact number of some senior company representative and i will like to talk to them.

We had given my tape record for repairs to your Authorised service Centre – VRINDAVAN SERVICES (020-26861555 & 65212352 )nearly 2 months back.complaint No.721(Last 3 digits)issue is with the VCD/MP3 Lense.I have been following up regularly with Mr.Shrinivas -Manager,Technicians-Mr.Mangesh,Souren & Rahul.No one is willing to give a proper answer.After nearly 2 months I am informed today that you can take the tape record back.
How come a company like Philips fails to deliver.Is Vrindavan a wrong Choice or is the staff incompetent.

I HAVE A TV PHILIPS PIXEL PLUS. I have purchased a 21″ TV from India, Kerala in 2005. 3 months ago the TV got compliant and need repair. I informed the Philips Service Center for repairing. After several verbal requests only the Technician from Service Center visited our home to repair the TV. By checking the TV, the Technicaian informed us that one IC got compliant and he has taken the board whcih is having IC. But even after 2 months, the Service Center says that compliant IC is not available in anywhere in Kerala. I wonder, a reputed company and their product having only 4 years of life, parts not avilable. This is not acceptable. In our home, almost all Electronics items are from Philips. Now I am thinking to avoid Philips, because there is no customer service from their side and no guarentee for their products.
Philips was wonderful in the last century.Gone are the days excellent quqlity.Please dont worry about Philips anymore

I purchased 32 TA 2800 LCD TV before 1.5 yrs ,now suddenly it shows blured and altered colored images.Service man came and told me to replace logic board worth RS.7000/- . How can a person can spend this much of amount with this shord peroid of time.It is better to add some more rupees and to purchase new LCD TV with warranty peroid.I want to ask , this logic board can’t be repaid ? So I have not to spend so much money within short period of time.

i bought a 29 inch PHILIPS colour TV [model no. 29PT6021] from Dehradoon in february, 2002.
last year, it developed a strange problem. the TV would switch-off automatically after about 50 minuters of continuous use. as days passed, this period decreased to 10 minutes. finally, when the TV would switch-off automatically after just 5 minutes, i had to send it to the local authorised service centre but the service in-charge took 10 weeks to reapair the TV and charged me Rs. 6000, saying that the IC in the TV was dead. a TV has thousands of ICs. which one was he talking about? was his sevice charge justified? how do i get to know this? as there is no one else in my town who does repair work for PHILIPS TVs, i could not ascertain whether the service amount charged by the service centre was justified.
since the day the service centred returned my TV after rectifying the problem, a new problem has surfaced. now my TV does not show more than 50 channels while my cable operator provides 85 channels. when i bought it in 2002, the TV used to show 99 channels. the TV guide claims that the TV supports channels.
what should i do? should i go to the service centre and again pay a hefty amount? rs. 6000, 7000, 8000,…….

Dear Sir,
The following problems could not be solved due to there is no such Philips Service centre within the 400KMS. So pls. intimate to solve the problems.
1) TV is running but red colour is absent.
2) When TV is on first “ TV IC adjust “ shown on the screen .I have checked the CRT and the other parts which all are OK.
3) There is no any service mannual available in the market, so where it is available may please be intimated/ if available in your office may kindly be sent.
4Remote code for adjustment of white balance and pother para meter with customer remote hand set
may please be intimated.
5) UOC also not available in the market.I have searched in Kolkata and other market also.
Plese help me urgently better service of Philips TV for customer satisfaction and goodfaith on philips products.

My Philip[s Go Gear purchased on Oct 2008 is being stated by the service centre that they cannot do anythign as it developed ‘hardware problem’… which means what ? Totally unacceptable from a reputed brand like yours …. can someone help me with a contact no/name or email address where I can highlight what is actually happening !
I purchased a DVD music system (Model No. FWD790/21M & Sl No. KN000520008523) on Oct 2005. Till Sep 2008 it was working properly, after that sometimes it could not read DVDs. I showed the system to Authorised Philips Service Centre (Mr. Rajeet of Ravi Radios, Mob No.- 09466764941) at Ambala Cantt. After 2 to 3 times of his unsuccessful trial, Mr Rajeet changed the lens of the system in the month of Mar 09 and charged Rs. 1600/- for that. But problem persists.
(ii) Hence I contact Philips call centre on 23 May 09 and got a complaint No. 178243. After few days I received a call from Authorised Philips Service Centre (M/s Gupta Electronics, Mob No.- 09355459191), Karnal. He informed me that Ravi Radios is no more an Authorised Philips Service Centre, so I should not go to him. He gave me contact No. of Mr Sanjiv of Ambala Cantt. But, since I have been working in Indian Air Force I had to go to out of station for four months. Immediately after coming back, I contact Mr. Sanjiv (Mob No.- 09416376303) in the month of Sep 09. As he asked, I took the system to his shop at Ambala Cantt. After changing the motor he returned the system within a week and charged me Rs. 450/- for that. But the problem persists.
(iii) Again on 01 Oct 09 I handed over the system to Mr Sanjiv for repair and got a work order No. 1497 of M/s Gupta Electronics, Karnal (copy of work order is annexed). Since then, I am getting my system within a week or by tomorrow and the tomorrow could not come till date. I personally went several times to the service centre at Ambala Cantt. and called several times to Mr Sanjiv at Ambala Cantt, Mr. Gupta at Karnal and Call Centre at Noida (No. 01244581300). Initially they responded me with their pet words “by tomorrow” or “by next week” or “your lens need to be changed and there is a shortage of spare parts in Philips” After that they have stopped responding me. I have spent approx Rs. 300/- for phone calls but there is no positive result till now. At present the system is lying with M/s Gupta Electronics (Mob No.- 09355459191) at Karnal.

Also I would like to know whether Philips India has Service Facility Near Borivali, Mumbai. This is for my 5-6 Year old 3-in-one Philips system with dual cassetes.
I have got a new 47″ Philips LCD TV yesterday and had requested for the Philips service centre for assembling/ configuration and demonstration the TV today, so that i could check on the clarity and enjoy on the watch…But the Service centre instead of arranging the agent, started talking about rules of 48hrs wait and then the agent would come to configure. Now im waiting for the TV to be configured and the TV is just lying in the box… After an investement of 70k odd. This kind of customer response was atleast not expected from Philips Company…
