Maintaining the Resline water filter is the worst nightmare. Every six months their telephone numbers change and finally when you do get to leave a complaint a guy from a fake company shows up. This happened to me twice so I am seriously thinking of shifting to another water filter.

i feel the company has one of the most athetic service system..its been almost two months that i am putting up complaints but its not being answered at all…when u call the company as poneers in water purification i would say they need to check on their services..water purification maybe when the filter starts working…its ages that u get to the phone line.

Zero B if you are listening, see what happens when you don’t treat customers properly ? You lose them. That’s what happens

I am a resident of Kochi, kerala and have been using Pristine UF Water Filter since 2005, and the product is giving good results. The Co. Rep / Technician used to regularly visit us until 2007. In 2006, we took a 1-Year AMC for the equipment, even though we did not receive any receipt for the amount paid by us. Now it is almost a year since the technician has visited us. I tried to contact the local nos. given by the IEIL Rep, however none of them are working. Finally I called up their bangalore Office, and they gave us the no. of one Mr. Dinesh Panikker. I tried several times to contact this Dinesh, however I couldn’t succeed. I wanted to service the unit, and I don’t know where to contact or what to do. I tried to open their website, but couldn’t succeed. What happened to this Company?

    @ Sashi

It is very sad to know that you have been ripped off 1000 rupees. Indeed it is a tough thing to have a non working equipment at home especially when it is for a critical consumable like water.

The website is up and running as I write this comment. I suggest that you leave them a feedback through their website.

Companies with poor after sales service are bound to loose business at the end of the day.

    @ sara and sunita

I am very sad to hear about your experiences. it is a pity that in India, customers are let go the moment the deal is done. Unlike in the US or European countries where after sales and customer satisfaction are top priority, Indian companies want to spend their money on glossy advertisements hiring bimbos and jerks (read bollywood stars and crickters) to see their products.

If only a portion of the money could be spent on strengthening their support channel.

I ask you both to send us a short summary of your issues.

together, we will post the three issues as one article and notify ZeroB guys to look into it seriously.

thanks for your thoughts on aavaas

Your water purifier was installed on 05-06-2006. aas per your 3 nos free services to be rendered to us,following are schedule and against which 2nos services were rendered , but with considerable delays and with several calls and followups.

Due date Actual date of service
    ——– ———————-
    1st service 05-10-06 24-02-2007

    2nd service 05-02-06 16-10-2007

3rd service 05-06-06 Not yet given

It is our experience that your service personnel are lethargic and donot provide prompt service .In spite of frequennt reminders through phone calls, theyare not responding.Ihad personally called to your service manager sri Yogesh of BTM Branch which has jurisdictional resposibility of my area- Banashankari 3re stage, Bangalore.on22-05-2008. He assured me the service overdue onthe same day. No body attended and again icontacted him on 24-05-2008. He was arrogantly answering that My service cannot be immediately attended. So fear he has not sent any body till date i.e 27-05-2008 WEe are made to drink dirty and un safe water because of this negligence. PL. take immediate action againsst him and also provide the left over service . Pl. inform me.
