Having so much problem with Zero B filter, Every other month the water totally stops comming out of the spout. After calling the 1800 number the person who answered the phone her, name was Mrs. Neeta, who instead of answereing me was shouting back at me. The service is so bad, and the engineers who come to service do not know what they are doing. I am from chembur,Mumbai and do not know who else to contact here. Also renewed my service contract till 2013. I guess that was too bad a idea. Would not suggest this product to neone. Do not buy it..
it is next to impossible to contact a responsible person as the lower staff doesnot co operate.The office staff is not willing to give me the correct spelling of mr.gopinath’s full name.i had contacted him on phone and he wanted me to send a mail.i have his e mail id but probably the spelling is different.the front office was kind enough to tell me that keep on trying with all possible spellings of sir name till you hit the right one !
Purchased Zero B Ultimate 10 Ltr RO Water purifier when I was in Gujarat 3 years back. Recently trfed to Aurangabad. I am struggling to get my RO serviced . I had lodged complaint with toll free no of the company and the service request no. is 243055. There is no reponse and fail to undertand the purpose of toll free no.
Can U please provide me with the service centre contact no and addresss in Aurangabad.

Well if u want to get cheated and not get serviced for life contact zerob for water purifiers.they will be too prompt and available and will come to visit you even at 10 in the night to sell their product but once the selling is done their work is done.keep chasing them and contacting them for service and there will be no response.call up their toll free number just to be told to contact your nearest service centre.I had purchased a purifier on 29/11/10 in Kolkata from branch office 31/2 sharper colony kol-53 through mr.s.k.yasiruddin emp.code no.23173 who after sale refused to provide service.whenever contacted he would say he has been posted to another location and can’t come.well if you are posted in Kolkata why can’t you come and provide service I fail to understand.we are yet to receive our guarantee card which comes from Mumbai.we had requested for a change of tap which remains unattented.no services have been provided and even with end number of calls all we get is no response and false commitments.so all those who wish to buy a zerob think twice before you opt for it..
