Very poor responce, Germkill Battery kit ordered on 20th of this month but not yet delivered, Also auto switch off not funcuntioning, not getting apropriate reply.

I had ordered a germ free kit on 10 June 2010 and was assured that it would be replaced within 72 Hrs. But till today there is no response from there side.
When I called the helpline today, again I have received an assurance to served within 24 Hrs….
Lets see this time how they fare…

I had ordered for the pureof germkit for replacement on 19 June(complaint no-S10/MUM2549000051) , till date no one has turnedup or even bothered to call. False assurance that it would be replaced within 2 days by the customer care unit. I have already started using bottled water since the same is not repleced .VERY POOR SERVICE by a brand like HUL .Its high time the public place an AD in newspaper and news media to NOT BUY this product. LET THE COMPANY FIRST IMPROVE ITS SERVICE QUALITY AND THEN START SELLING ITS PRODUCT

Once asked about the after sales service he said tht if I purchase the product & have any problems I can call Cust. Service & the said query will be solved within 1 wrking day. There may be wrong address in the record.
I have given the correct address on 25-26/06/2010 by the mail. And I again again requested for the germ kit battery to replace even though the battery has not been replaced even today.
I am costumer of Pureit since it was launched in the market in 2007. I have four Pureit in my relationship and All my relatives complaints to me saying that the service is very very poor.
I face the poor service since I have it. Company is very big but the sercive is the least to satisfy the costumers in all over Delhi or May be in India.
I sometimes think to have RO system for water purification.

i have booked a order fro the refile on 24 may 2010 and the copmany hase deliverd it exact 45 day after the orded date so please be commited to ensude your customer and delevering the services on time

I registered on 26th of June 10, for a battery kit , a microfilter, and indicator cover ( blue colour) . While registering the order operator gives you false information to attend the same in 48 hours but they never turn even after 48 hours —– may take 48 months !!!!!!!!!!
After then I lodged the following complaints :
1) C-102412247, DATED: 8TH JULLY, 10
2)C-102490758, DATED : 24TH JULY,10
3) C-102524133, DATED: 2ND AUG. 10
OPERATOR PUTS SO MUCH ASSURANCE AND THERE IS ONLY ONE FIXED ANSWER THAT HE/SHE HAS FORWARDED THIS COMPLAINT TO HIGHER AUTHORITY?? YOU MEAN , EARLIER HE FORWARDED TO LOWER AUTHORITY ???
ALL FUNNY ANSWSER !!!. HENCE, IN MY VIEW , PLEASE DONT BUY “pureit” UNDER SUCH POOR SERVICES !!!!

I have put up my comments on PUREIT WATER FILTER . Its serveice after is totally zero or dead type. Please see my comments as given in above mail. We have to wait without any self response from the customer care . The operator has been trained to push false assurances to the customer. No local centers are present or its contact no. is given to the customers by customer call center.
I am one of the victims , suffering for the a battery kit booked , micro filter and a indicator lit cover.
So much so, we get false message that complaint no XYZ has been attended !!!! This is reputation of such a large organization ??????????
I am still waiting for the response from the PUREIT .

Pureit has worst service ever in the world. My sincere request is to improve the service that is provided to the customers. Please value customer , if you dont want to, I woy say dont sell the product. A good product with out service is no less than a worst product, so is pureit. I wasted my 2000 Rs by buying this product. my comment is worning to others who are planning to buy this product. please dont even thing of buying pureit.
