Started in 1955 by Professor Abramo Galassi, Faber has established itself as a global brand. The company’s first product was an extraction hood and was created in 1963. Extraction hood is another term for electric chimney. Today Faber is present in around 14 countries spanning 3 continents.

Hobs

Hobs are devices which are fitted into the kitchen surface (for example granite slab). The slab is first cut out and the hob fits into this space. The advantage of this is that there is no space under the cooking device (as it would be with a conventional stove) and gives a clean and aesthetic look to one’s kitchen. Cook Tops

Cook tops are traditional stoves. Just like hobs they also will operate using LPG gas. The only difference is that they sit on top of the counter and not fixed into it. They can be moved around quite easily.

If you like to indulge in baking, roasting and other such activities for which a simple microwave oven wont do the job, then the traditional oven is the device for you. Care has to be taken to plan the installation of these ovens into your modular kitchen.

These are still a preferred choice for people who do not want to do too much rework for their kitchen. Cooking ranges offer a 3/4/5 burner cooking top with a oven built below it.     i have purchased faber hob and chimany last three years , i signed maintanance contract with the company but since last ttwo years nonbody attend my complaint after following customer care they send one technician to my home but this guy is new in this field thats why he damages my hob bottom after that i requst to the company to replace ny hob bottom , i am ready to pay for that but nothing happened , i am very fade up of this

    I bought a Faber make 3 burner gas hub with glass top in july 2010 and on 17.09.2011 the top glass suddenly started breaking itself and a complaint was registered on 19th sep. , the representative visited my residence in the evening and accordingly was asked to get the glass replaced but till date i.e till 24th sept. nothing has been done and we are facing a lot of problems due to non co-operative behaviour of faber service centre people at Luhdiana. Since glass has broken due to some manufacturing defects still I am ready to bear the expenses but due to their behaviour I strongly advise others not to bye Faber products.

    Hi, we purchased this 6 years back and recent service from the company is really bad and the response is tooooo harse from customer care. this is the gift we got from purchasing this product. The company person are ready to face any complaints and courts but not a proper service which we requested from them. this make us feel not to buy any ofthe products from this company.
    Service man behaviour while service is very rude. is the company still in india????????

    Hello, We have purchased the hobs last 6 months back. The switches are broken and the hob is not functioning properly. We are tried of registering the complaint and nobody has attended the complaint till date. This is the worst service expected from a home appliances company. Seriesly something wrong in the functioning of this organisation and there after sales service.

    I purchased a faber cooking range last year and just after 1 Year guarantee got over my oven stopped working. The technician came home and instead of trying to fix the problem, broke a part which cost around 4 thousand. After calling them for more than 2 months I am fed up and don’t want ever to buy any faber product ever again. The customer service should be beaten up for behaving so badly, terrible experience

    I bought a faber chimney in Feb 2005 from Ldh dealer/co showroom.

    The terms and condition of the purchae is the LIFE TIME WARRANTY on this CHIMNEY.

    The chimney worked perfectly fine for first three years and later on at regular intervals the motor of the Chimney got defective time and again.

    Initially the same were replaced by the service centre at a reasonable period of time.

    But of late the service centre is taking too much of the time verying from 1 month to three month to get the same replaced. They always told us that since this model has been discontinued by the company, they do not have the spare parts/motors of this product with them.

    At present the CHIMNEY is not working since last two months and inspite of our repeated telephonic talks to local people and even seniors at Pune viz Mr Darpan, Mr Hardeep etc the same could not be replaced.

    Everyday wrong/false promises are made by the seniors that the same will be done today but nothing happens.

    Now my complaint is that when the quality of your products are so poor why are you cheating customers by giving life warranty etc. and why you are harrasing the customers by not fullfilling the contractual obligation.

    This all is bringing very bad name to the company and I require immidiate attention of the company in this regard and immiditeate redressal of the complaint on permanent basis.

    Require all Burners for Cooking Range Faber Model FH 6690.
    Give me Right Contacts.
    When I Purchase in Goa, India, they told me all spares will be available always. Now I have problems with Burners and Apex marketing, Panjim Goa, Tells me spares not available as it is out dated. Should I throw it out? I paid Rs 42900/-.
    What is the use of purchasing in India and spares not available.
