Here is a little tip for all homemakers out there. Keeping a small notebook/piece of paper and a pen near the telephone or on the general coffee table at home could be a moment saving tip for you.

Noting down events, phone numbers and reminders is all possible with this simple trick. You no longer have to look around for the writing accessory or scribble in hurry in your palm only to be erased later.
Making effective use of this pad should also be communicated to children who would learn a new responsibility. Taking messages for parents while away, noting things down on the pad would help the child at home get exposure and maturity.

Yea we always find ourselves in a spot when we need to note something down that’s being said over the phone. I have seen stickable pads that you put near your telephone. However I like to note things on my PC instead. And since we have cordless and Mobile phones these days, we needn’t bother about having to walk upto the PC. The only issue though, you would not want to boot your PC up after you have been asked to note something
