One of the first companies to bring out Reverse Osmosis based products for home, Kent has established itself as a strong player with office presence in Delhi, NCR, Mumbai and other major cities in India.

Kent service is pathetic and the amount need to maintain will leave you almost spending for a new filter every year almost.All their parts are China made and do not last long.

Do not trust this kent they are thief they will make u fool they charge huge amount for service.Better go for some other filter.

Kent RO Maintenance is very expensive.THey make u spend every 3 monthly & the parts of Kent are not reliable.

DUDE ITS JUST LUCK . I M USING KENT SINCE NOV 2010. AND I DONT HAVE ANY COMPLAIN ABT ITS MAINTENANCE. WHENEVER I HAVE ANY PROB WITH IT, I JST CALL AND THEY ARE AT MY HOME SAME DAY. THEY EVEN DONT CHARGE ME FOR IT. YA THEY HAVE TOLD TO CHANGE FILTER WHICH COST 1600 Rs.
i use from last four year kent water puirifire result is good but in case problem creat the machanic charges very high
