Samsung
A consumer electronic company from South Korea, Samsung has been expanding busily even since they started their operations in India. Recently they have opened a production facility near Chennai which could give them more leverage into the southern markets.
They too have 10 models listed for semi automatic washing machines like their Korean counterpart LG.

A Japanese organization, Sanyo collaborates with BPL for selling televisions in India. As far as washing machines are concerned, they have 3 models listed on their website:

- SW – 800X2T
- SW – 700XT
