Bank Of baroda Mysore Branch Manager is not keen Disbursing home loans . He is demanding additional collectral security for Housing Loans(flats) in Mysoe City. So Company Mangers find it difficult to aquire a flat loan from Bank Of Baroda In Mysore due to the additional security Even the flat is offered as a Mortage. He needs all the land in Mysore to be seecured to The bank to get a House Loan for RS.25 lakhs against a flat valued Rs.40 lakhs and a clear salary cut for the EMIRs.18000/- per month.This is truely rubbish.

You know with the land rates shooting skywards the way they are in Chennai, its almost impossible to buy a house these days without a housing loan. I remember in Coimbatore a few years back we bought a house for around 15 lacs. (Must have been 5 years back at the most.) At around the same time , here in Besant Nagar two bedroom flats were costing 50 lacs. Whoa!!
